These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Blowtec LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WappGO platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
WappGO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer relationship management platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp communications, automate responses via chatbots, send bulk messaging campaigns, track contacts, and access analytics — all from a single web-based dashboard.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@blowtec.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4.1 Plans. WappGO offers various subscription tiers with different feature limits. Details of each plan, including pricing and included features, are available on our pricing page.
4.2 Free Trial. Certain plans include a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically billed at the applicable plan rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4.3 Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4.4 Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the paid period.
4.5 Price Changes. We may change subscription fees upon at least 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Blowtec LLC assumes no liability for account bans, restrictions, or actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms against your account as a result of your use of the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content created by Blowtec LLC, are and will remain the exclusive property of Blowtec LLC and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process and display such content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your end-users and contacts before processing their personal data through the Service.
9.1 "As Is" Service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOWTEC LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9.3 Cap. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blowtec LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@blowtec.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings held in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida to prevent irreparable harm.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually and shall not be joined with any other dispute or proceeding.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
